How do you make every team’s wedding as good as yours?

You are not at every wedding on Saturday. Your name is.

You have built something that works without you behind the booth, and that is the hard part. By now the problem is not DJing well. You know how to do that, which is why you are where you are. The problem is making the wedding your associate plays two hours away go as well as the one you would play as lead DJ.

And the difference between a DJ who nails a wedding and one who just gets through it is almost always the same: information. Knowing what this particular crowd wants to dance to before the dance floor opens, not by the third song. That takes ten seasons to learn, or one list ranked by votes, read right before the first dance.

That is what you get here, once for all your teams: the wedding song request app with your brand, running at every wedding you send a team to, whoever is playing it.

What you give your team is not an app. It is your experience, from their very first wedding.

Do you play every wedding yourself? Our DJ song request app page fits you better .

How does a song request app work for a DJ company?

It is used during dinner, not on the dance floor. You set it up once and every team uses it: for each DJ it is a link on their phone and two buttons, approve and reject.

  1. 01

Print the QR code once, with your brand

With the branded option it carries your logo, colors and socials. The code is fixed and reusable, so it goes on your table cards or table signs once and lasts the whole season. Running Saturday doubles or triples? Each wedding gets its own QR code so requests never mix, all included in your plan.

  2. 02

Guests request and vote during dinner

Between courses, with no download and no sign-up. The whole room takes part, not just the usual few, and because there is voting, the list follows what most guests want instead of whoever insists the most.

  3. 03

Your DJ opens the dance floor knowing what will work

They get the list ranked by votes before the dancing starts and approve or reject each song from their phone. Nothing to install on the laptop, and TuParty never touches their DJ software.

One decision from you, and every wedding your company plays runs on that information.

What changes at your weddings from the first Saturday?

  • Every wedding can book the next one

Half the room is at the age of getting married, and they are watching your team work live. With the branded option, the song request app carries your logo, your colors, your social links and a link to contact you, so for the whole dinner a couple hundred guests have your company open on their phone. That is where “are you free next June?” comes from.

  • Great wedding music includes the guests

They are the ones everybody forgets. A shared playlist sent out months ahead gets ignored, and one guest adding thirty songs only they like is enough to ruin it. TuParty shows up at the right moment, during dinner, and keeps things in order: guests request by QR code, they vote, and your DJ gets a ranked list before the dance floor opens.

  • Your weddings get better, not just consistent

A seasoned DJ reads a room well, but the first songs after the first dance are always a guess: they met this crowd a few hours ago. With the requests collected at dinner, they open the dance floor knowing what will land in that particular room, with votes behind it. It shows exactly where it matters most, at the start of the dancing, and the night takes care of itself from there.

  • The songs nobody would have picked

Votes can surface songs that neither the couple nor the DJ put on the must-play list: the college anthem of a whole table, the song the bride’s family plays at every reunion, an inside joke shared by one side of the room. Those tend to become the moments of the night, and there is no way to see them coming from a planning meeting.

  • Guests feel part of the party

And that means a full dance floor, which is what you are hired for. Guests stop being an audience and become part of the night. Phones also go away when the dancing starts, because everyone already asked for their song at dinner.

  • Include it at the top, sell it everywhere else

What works best commercially: include it in your premium packages, where it strengthens the proposal and nobody questions it, and offer it as a paid add-on on the rest. It pays for itself early in the season, and your DJs do not each buy their own: you get it once and every team you send out uses it.

How can every wedding bring in the next booking?

During dinner, every guest who requests a song opens a screen that, with the branded option, carries your logo, your colors, your social links and a link to contact you. It is not a banner: it is the thing they are playing with for the whole meal, and it has your name on it.

Half the room is at the age of getting married and has just watched your team work. Following you or messaging you is one tap away, from the same screen they used to request their song.

“Hey, are you free the second Saturday of next June?”

Is there any gear to set up at the venue?

Not one more case in the van.

There is nothing to load in. It is a QR code printed on the table cards or table signs, next to the menu, and a web page the DJ opens on their phone. No cables, no screens.

The QR code does not change from one wedding to the next, so you print it once with your brand and it lasts the whole season. However many weddings you cover at the same time, each one gets its own code, all included: QR codes are never charged.

What if my DJs do not want it?

It is the first thing they will say. Here is the answer.

The objection is always the same, and it is always the same misunderstanding: they think guests are going to pick the music. It is worth having the answer ready before you bring it up. TuParty never plays or queues anything on its own. It shows the DJ a list ranked by votes, and the DJ approves or rejects each song and decides when it plays. Songs on the couple’s do-not-play list are blocked beforehand, so guests never even see them.

In practice it is two buttons on their phone, approve and reject. Nothing to install on the laptop and nothing to change in their DJ software.

What they gain is information. They open the dance floor knowing what a crowd they just met wants to hear, instead of guessing the first three songs and correcting on the fly.

How much does it cost for a wedding DJ company?

Plans are yearly and priced by events, not by DJ or by QR code: from $150 a year for 10 events, up to Non-Stop, with 50 events a year. If you run more than that, or several teams under one roof, we put together an Enterprise plan around your season. Guests never pay a thing. See all plans and pricing.

Do you have your own company or do you DJ for one?

Frequently asked questions

Is TuParty only for solo wedding DJs?

Both use it, but a multi-op company gets more out of it. A solo DJ gets one ranked list per wedding. A wedding DJ company turns the same decision into a better opening set, a branded screen and a record of what worked at every wedding, for every team it sends out.

How many QR codes do I need for Saturday doubles or triples?

One per wedding running at the same time, so requests never mix. If you send four teams out on a Saturday, you need four active QR codes. They are all included in your plan, because QR codes are not charged, and they are reusable: print them once and they last the whole season.

Do my DJs need training to use it?

Not really. It is a link they open on their phone and a list with two buttons, approve and reject. Nothing to install on the laptop and nothing to connect to their DJ software.

Will every team respect the couple’s do-not-play list?

Yes, because it does not depend on the DJ remembering it. Songs on the do-not-play list are blocked before the wedding, so guests cannot see them or request them, whoever is behind the booth that night.

Can guests see my company’s brand instead of TuParty?

Yes, with the branded option. The logo, colors, social links and contact link guests see are yours, so the screen a couple hundred people look at during dinner carries your company, not ours.

Is it useful beyond the wedding itself?

Every wedding keeps a record of what was requested and voted. After a season you have your own data on what your crowds actually ask for, which also helps you bring new associate DJs up to speed.

What is the best way to roll it out across my teams?

Start with a few weddings and the DJs most open to it, see how guests respond, and then extend it to every team. Book a demo and we will set up a test room so you can try it on your own phone first.
