1. Information for the user
Who is the controller of your personal data?
STRATEGIC PARTY SOLUTIONS S.L. is the CONTROLLER of the USER's personal data and informs the USER that these data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, of April 27 (GDPR), and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5 (LOPDGDD).
For what purposes do we process your personal data and why do we do so?
Depending on the form through which we have obtained your personal data, we will process them confidentially to achieve the following purposes. In the contact form:
- To respond to inquiries or any type of request made by the user through any of the contact methods made available to them on the controller's website (on the basis of the controller's legitimate interest, Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
- To send commercial advertising communications by e-mail, fax, SMS, MMS, social networks or any other electronic or physical means, present or future, that makes it possible to carry out commercial communications. These communications will be made by the controller and will relate to its products and services, or to those of its partners or suppliers with which it has reached a promotion agreement. In this case, third parties will never have access to the personal data (on the basis of the data subject's consent, Art. 6.1.a GDPR).
- To carry out statistical analyses and market research (on the basis of the controller's legitimate interest, Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
- To send commercial quotes for products and services (for the performance of a contract or pre-contract, Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- To make bookings (for the performance of a contract or pre-contract, Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
How long will we keep your personal data?
They will be kept for no longer than necessary to fulfill the purpose of the processing or for as long as there are legal requirements mandating their retention, and when this is no longer necessary, they will be deleted with appropriate security measures to guarantee the anonymization of the data or their complete destruction.
To whom do we provide your personal data?
No disclosure of personal data to third parties is envisaged except, if necessary for the development and performance of the purposes of the processing, to our communications-related service providers, with whom the CONTROLLER has entered into the confidentiality and data processor agreements required by current privacy regulations.
What are your rights?
The rights available to the USER are:
- Right to withdraw consent at any time.
- Right of access, rectification, portability and erasure of their data, and to restriction of or objection to their processing.
- Right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (www.aepd.es) if they consider that the processing does not comply with current regulations.

2. Mandatory or optional nature of the information provided by the user
USERS, by ticking the corresponding boxes and entering data in the fields marked with an asterisk (*) in the contact form or presented in download forms, expressly, freely and unequivocally accept that their data are necessary for the provider to handle their request, the inclusion of data in the remaining fields being voluntary. The USER guarantees that the personal data provided to the CONTROLLER are truthful and is responsible for communicating any change to them.
The CONTROLLER informs that all data requested through the website are mandatory, as they are necessary to provide an optimal service to the USER. If not all the data are provided, there is no guarantee that the information and services provided will be fully tailored to their needs.
3. Security measures
In accordance with the provisions of current personal data protection regulations, the CONTROLLER is complying with all the provisions of the GDPR and LOPDGDD regulations for the processing of the personal data for which it is responsible, and manifestly with the principles described in Article 5 of the GDPR, by virtue of which they are processed lawfully, fairly and in a transparent manner in relation to the data subject and are adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed.
The CONTROLLER guarantees that it has implemented appropriate technical and organizational policies to apply the security measures established by the GDPR and the LOPDGDD in order to protect the rights and freedoms of USERS, and has provided them with the appropriate information so that they can exercise them.
